The first van
Ray and Linda start Aukamp Heating & Cooling from their garage in Millersville.
About the family
One van, a Millersville garage, and a promise to take care of people.
Ray and Linda Aukamp founded the business in 1996. It has grown, but the work still comes down to showing up prepared, explaining the options, and respecting the home you are invited into.

Kyle takes service lead
The next generation takes the lead on the service side while Ray continues to meet homeowners for replacement estimates.
Still a family business
The work is local, the people are accountable, and the price is quoted before work begins.
“Ray gave us three prices on one page and never pushed the top one.”
Comfort should not come with pressure.
Whether it is a repair or a replacement, we will give you clear information and room to decide.
